The following limited warranty is issued by Fiberdome Incorporated, a corporation licensed
in the State of Wisconsin, hereinafter referred to as the "Manufacturer".

The Manufacturer warrants each new Tuffy Boat manufactured by Manufacturer and sold as a
new boat to an original non-commercial retail customer by an authorized dealer of the
Manufacturer will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal recommended
use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original
purchaser and five (5) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser as to the
hull section only of each boat. This warranty is not transferrable except for five (5)
year warranty on hull section only, which is transferrable.

Warranty repairs will only be made at Manufacturer's place of business (Lake Mills,
Wisconsin) or by an authorized dealer or service person. Authorized dealers or service
persons must receive written authorization from the Manufacturer prior to making any
warranty repair. Transportation of any boat for the purpose of receiving warranty repair
is totally the responsibility of the owner.

The Manufacturer specifically makes no warranty on (a) polyflake crazing or cracking
caused by impact or other abuse, (b) windshield breakage, (c) non-manufacturers additions
or alteration to a boat or any damages that result thereof, (d) damage to transom caused
by improper sealing of engine or accessories, (e) tearing or fading of upholstery or
carpet, (f) instruments or other parts manufactured nd warranted by others, and (g) normal
maintenance, wear, or deterioration. Manufacturer shall have no further warranty
obligation hereunder if the boat is subjected to overpowering, overloading beyond the
capacity specified by the U.S. Coast Guard plate, racing, abuse, misuse, accident,
negligence, repairs made other than by the Manufacturer or an authorized dealer or service
person, and damage caused by improper mating of a boat to a trailer, or caused by the
failure to properly secure boat to trailer and failure to use lower unit support device
when trailering boat.

The warranty printed above is the only warranty applicable to this purchase. All other
warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranty or
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed and excluded from
this agreement. This contract states the entire obligation of Manufacturer in connection
with this transaction. The liability of Manufacturer and the sole and exclusive remedy
against Manufacturer hereunder shall be limited to repairing the boat and Manufacturer
shall not be liable for any other damages, special, direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential. If an implied warranty is determined to exist, it will apply for six
(6) months from the date of the delivery to the purchaser. Some states do not allow
limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply
to you.
